Life

I was born in New Jersey in June 1980. I am one of four children and all of us have very different personalities. My older sister is a tomboy, my younger sister is a bit of a rocker, and my little brother is a gamer. I was always a writer. I have been writing ever since I learned how and fell in love with romance novels when I was a teenager. My parents didn't know what to make of my fascination with romance novels, but they both figured as long as I was reading, it was okay.

I am a strong proponent of learning to read. When I was in the fifth grade, I already had a high school reading level. In the seventh grade I was at a college reading level. Nowadays, children are lucky to be at grade level when they graduate high school. I am working toward a degree in teaching and, as you may have guessed, have decided to opt for a concentration in Reading. 

Writing

I love to write! I try different genres from time to time - horror, mystery, chick lit - but my absolute favorite is romance. I love all different sub-genres of romance. Historical including Regency, Middle Ages, Westerns, and Revolutionary/Civil War. Sci-fi/Fantasy such as Futuristic, Alternate Planets or Realities, Alien Heroes, and Shifters/Vamps/Magical People. Even Alternative Lifestyles.

If I will actually write a story for every kind of story I read, I don't know, but it will be interesting to try!
